Yarden Gershony

Yarden Gershony is a litigation and arbitration lawyer at Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP, a dispute resolution boutique based in Kelowna. Yarden has particular expertise in shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate-related litigation, and M&A/transactional litigation.

Yarden is a practicing arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In that capacity, he has served as arbitrator in over a dozen commercial cases in the past four years.

Yarden began his career as a member of the International Arbitration group at A&O Sherman, based in New York. He then practiced with McCarthy Tetrault in Vancouver before settling in Kelowna with his young family.

Outside of his legal and arbitral practice, Yarden is devoted to community service. Currently, he serves as a director of the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre and as the governance chair of the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation.
