Our volunteers are the heart of the event—welcoming guests, setting up the celebration space, guiding participants along the walk route, and helping create an unforgettable evening of hope, remembrance, and community.

Choose Your Shift

Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 4:30 PM) - Help us set up the event space and prep for the evening.

Afternoon & Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 9:30 PM) - Help welcome guests, support the walk route, and assist with take-down.

Training Info

Before the event, we'll invite you to a short 30-45 minute training session to walk through your role, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident and prepared.

Volunteer Perks

As a thank-you for your time and energy, you'll receive a complimentary meal and an official volunteer certificate. If you're a student, we're happy to verify and sign off on your volunteer hours for school or community programs!
