Matthew Rinfret is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the Canadian construction industry. Matt is the Chief Operating Officer at Inflector Environmental Services. In his capacity as COO, Matthew plays a pivotal role in advancing operational efficiency and spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at driving the company's growth and success.
Prior to joining Inflector, Matthew enjoyed a distinguished 17-year tenure with a major Canadian General Contractor. During this time, he held key leadership positions where he oversaw operations and managed large-scale projects in the Ottawa and Montreal regions. His strong leadership skills and strategic vision contributed significantly to the success of a number of significant construction projects in these regions.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Matthew is deeply committed to making a positive impact in his community. Recognizing the importance of giving back, Matthew has accepted the role of Co-Chair for the Light the Night Campaign organized by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Through his involvement in this campaign, Matthew aims to bring the initiative to new heights and support the blood cancer community in the National Capital region.
