Ingrid Jensen’s career spans over 20 years crossing the Financial Services, Entertainment and Professional Services industries. She has a vast expertise in operational organization, management, effective recruitment, brand development, business culture alignment, workflow optimization and long-term strategic planning. Propelled by a drive to move forward, and motivated by constant growth and a clear understanding of excellence, Ingrid is a natural business leader.
Ingrid joined Crowe BGK in 2011 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since 2019, where she has management responsibility for human resources, information technology, marketing, and operations. Throughout the course of her career at Crowe she has collaborated in M&A integrations, brand overhauls, performance management revamping, office expansions and process improvement projects. Ingrid is also a member of Crowe’s Management Committee who govern the firm’s strategic plan and annual budgets.
Ingrid has been involved in philanthropic activities for most of her career. Having lost her father to a blood cancer in 2007, this brought a special passion and drive to fundraise for this incredible cause that has extended so many lives affected by this terrible disease. In 2018, she created and captained the Crowe BGK team for Montreal’s Light the Night. As her involvement in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada evolved over the course of the years, she was delighted to take on the role of co-chair for the 2022 edition of Montreal Light the Night campaign.
Motivated by the passion of others and inspired by the LLSC mission Ingrid is determined to draw on her network to build awareness and interest towards making an even greater difference in the 2022 fundraising campaign.
