Andreea Crisan’s career at ANDY started when she was just eleven years old, handling payroll and translating messages that her then truck driver father was receiving from his dispatch. Throughout her childhood and years as a teenager Andreea kept managing the business’ administrative needs contributing to the company’s growth.
At the age of 22, after receiving her law degree from the University of Ottawa, Andreea officially joined the business and helped her father grow the business from 40 trucks to its current fleet size of 300 trucks and 800 trailers operating in Canada and the United Sates. In 2021 Andreea became President and CEO of ANDY, leading about 500 employees and overseeing a vertically integrated business that offers a hybrid transportation network, innovative solutions to strengthen its customers’ supply chain, and fleet management solutions.
As a woman leader in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Andreea’s vision is to foster an inclusive work environment prioritizing growth for all employees, while diversifying and growing ANDY. She’s committed to leading positive change in the transportation, supply chain industry and beyond.
By joining the Light The Night Campaign for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, hopes to promote awareness and secure essential resources to a cause that has personally touched her family. As a co-chair Andreea is committed to contribute to this important cause and engage her network to make a real impact on the lives of those affected.
