Marke Dally is a 58 year old single father of a 15 year old daughter Maci a grown step son James and two grown sons Jeremy and Joshua.
Marke has an established 30 year career as the RVP for a major Life Insurance firm in Winnipeg.
In January of 2016 Marke was diagnosed with AML and grave statistic that if he were not to start intensive treatment on GD6 immediately he may not make another 3 weeks.
With the help of his sister Roslyn by his side as his assistant,friend, surrogate mother to Maci, health care advocate, co ordinator and more he was able to focus on the task at hand. Fight the BEAST of CANCER.
With many an obstacle of illness, infections, hospitalizations, pain and suffering Marke heard the news he was waiting for. In mid June of 2016 Marke was told “go and live a good life, it’s gone”. Marke continues his regularly scheduled checkups, lives as the Dr told him to do, gives back to his industry, speaks to other cancer patients and survivors, helps out with LLS and is back in full.
